My talented niece Fran Betlyon yesterday started a Substack newsletter (highly recommended). She included an audio file, which I told her was probably possible, but I’d never actually done it myself.

Since I create a five-minute Morning Journal every weekday for the Alexa flash briefing network, I realized Substack can be a way to re-purpose my MJ posts for Len’s Newsletter. An advantage will be having the posts somewhere as an archive.
